Request Account Deletion

At At LeKlean - Multi-Vendor Laundry and Dry Cleaning Platform, we respect your right to privacy and data control. If you no longer wish to use our services, you may request for your account to be deleted at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account, please send an email to info@winblesslaundry.com with the subject “Delete My Account” and include the email associated with your account. The email must be sent with the email address used in creating the account.

What Happens After Deletion

• Your account is deactivated and login access is removed immediately.
• Your personal identifiers (name, email, phone) are anonymized after 90 days.
• Your account will appear as “Deleted User” in historical records.
• This retention period allows us to comply with data regulations.

After the 90-day period, all remaining data is either anonymized or deleted unless we are legally required to retain it for financial or regulatory reasons.
